Points of contact in case of technical problems

In case of problems with logging to E-Learning@THWS using your THWS credentials, please contact the IT Service Center (ITSC) helpdesk.

If you have questions or problems about/with a particular e-learning course and/or its content, please get in contact with the lecturer of this course.

Each faculty has technical contact points for the system, but these should not be contacted by students. Various pieces of information are often required to resolve problems that are unknown to students and/or are otherwise only accessible/known to lecturers. If a technical contact point from the faculties needs to be involved, this is done by the respective lecturer(s).
